...there, all user made settings are stored.
hmm, nothing i possibly could work with which is stored there. Yesterday everything was fine and today i got a message while flying that nick(neck?) & roll is not configured. Resetting to default xbox-profile didn't do anything either. When first playing the game, weeks ago, i did the same, using default xbox-profile. I never touched any bindings.
Edit : Resetting to default xbox-profile did get rid of the messages, that something is not configured. So i assume the update today changed something or messed something up. But question remains, how to revert back?!
thx anyway....the Devs will help me here for sure, i'm a big customer with zero spendings LOL
I would reassign if i would know how the old bindings even looked. I allready wasted an hour with all this no success.

Can you please first try the options below and see if these fix the issue.
Please update Windows as indicated by both AMD and NVIDIA FIRST. As indicated at their sites - then:

Please clear the cache, verify the files and remove all custom content.
We need the game version, screenshots(taken using the in game screenshot function and please do not change the filenames), Replay's(both client and server, console version number etc.
Please ensure all custom content is removed first and that you are running a 'vanilla' version of the game.
Video's can be useful, but they DO NOT negate the need for the replay files. Can you please mount video's on a streaming site. Most of the Technical Moderation team are volunteers. If we were to download every video, in each report, most of us would exceed our monthly ISP download levels and either end up losing, or paying extra for our connections.
Whilst one small video is fine, multiple large videos could quickly become an issue given the number of reports that we handle. Your consideration with this issue is appreciated.
Can you also provide the steps to replicate the issue.
If the above does not correct the issue then please report it to the Technical Forum here https://community.gaijin.net/issues/p/warthunder Select your Operating system etc. Or you can report it from the game under the Community tab in the hangar.
In order to investigate issues thoroughly we need ALL the files asked for.
Anyway, the developers seem to have added additional bindings where you can't just simply revert back (i guess). That's why these messages appeared that some bindings are empty when starting the game with the new update from this week....atleast i have not spend any money on this game. Adios :)
That's fine and depending on the case, good or bad. But in this case, in my case with gamepad it didn't make it better, it made it worse. You do have more control due to using two sticks with different functionality, but it got way more complicated to navigate the planes....the point is to win the dogfights in this game and you need a fluid controllable control scheme, like it used to be.
