I puchased the M1A1 HC Click-Bait pack but I never recived it

so back in july 4th i had purchased the click-bait but i never received and after so time it was just refunded. then yesterday had messaged steam about how i didn't want to wait 5 months for it to go on sale again and today they responded and i got it for free but when i downloaded it and opened the game it still wasn't on my account and i don't know if this is a problem on my end or steam or gaijin but i just want my Abrams so any help is appreciated

I take it that you purchased it via the Steam shop from what you write. is this correct? Have you merged your accounts etc?
