However, there have been no outages with the Game Servers for some weeks. The issue is likely to be your connection. Your ISP will only test the connection from your modem/router
to their nearest node. It does not check the entire path to the game servers. This is what tracert does.

i also tried running the game on my laptop with the same network connection and i didnt have the issue. it definitly feels more like a software issue considering it always happens at almost exact 5 min 30s.
Can you please first try the options indicated in the Knowledge base and see if these fix the issue.
