I Can't join battles

when ever join a realistic battle I get stuck on the loading screen, after about 30 seconds it sends me you the reward screen and says "the remanding part of the reward will be accrued at the end of the fight". i have re installed the game the did not help. can you think of any solutions?

Let's see... verify your files (sometimes the install doesn't get everything, it's weird), make sure you meet the minimum requirements, check to make sure your antivirus and/or firewall aren't interfering...
I'm not exactly an expert, but at least it's a starting point.

What do you mean type of connection?

Are you using a wi-fi connection, a phone connection or a cable connection. What type of router/modem etc.

I'm using a wireless connection to a laptop, I have no problems using steam or search engines on it, i went into task manger it says war thunder use 0.1 Mbps when i try to join battle. I tried restarting my router and it worked for 1 day but then it stopped working.

That is because Steam and search engines are using a fraction of the bandwidth of War Thunder. From what you are saying it could possibly be the config of the router/modem.
But it is more likely to be other household members also using the internet. Wi-fi connections are shared with everyone who is using a wi-fi connection on that router/modem device. Thus at times of high use. Each person gets less. This is a well known aspect of wi-fi systems and why cable connections are considered better.
