The game keeps tabbing out after latest update

Since the last update, i have had a big problem with the game suddenly disappearing and sending me back to the desktop as if i hit Alt-Tab at random moments when i least expect it, and it has already gotten me killed on several occasions.

I run the game through Steam and have made sure that my Steam is up to date in case that was the problem but it´s still there.

I have Windows 64 and my only other program running at the same time is Windows Edge.

Do you mean Windows 10 or 11? There is no such thing as Windows 64. Windows will run in either 32Bit or 64Bit mode. But Alt Tab is a Windows function. Try updating or repairing Windows. I am using Alt Tab to go from here to the game, to a text file etc without issue.

Which display settings are you using?

Fullscreen
Fullscreen Window
Window

(Though currently Fullscreen & Fullscreen Window are acting the same way so there is literally no difference between the 2 right now)
