Yes, followed all the instructions as listed. I verified my drivers were up to date as well
Are you at an Educational or Commercial location? They sometimes block gaming ports.
I have done this several times. I have reset my router via app and unplugged it as well. No luck. I have also uninstalled and reinstalled the game. No luck. I checked on Gaijin's website and I am able to log in and access my account there and I am not banned.
