Directional audio issue

Has anyone else had issues with their audio mirroring all game sounds? I've had a few games now where sounds that should be coming from my left are coming from the right and vise versa? If so did you find a fix?

If the problem only occurs certain games? Might be a bug in the game or a corrupted game file. Maybe verify/repair the game files and see what happens?

If you're running Windows, I'd check that proper speaker configuration is selected, and then test to check that sounds are coming thru the correct speaker. Control Panel --> Sound-->Speakers (located on playback tab)--> Configure.

Might be that your sound card/drivers have their own diagnostics?

Perhaps check if there are updated sound drivers for your setup, or maybe reinstall the existing audio drivers?
