Models, props and buildings flickering

Models, props and buildings flickering in and out of existance when I enter sniper mode. Here's a video

Anyone else has this? I verified the files and reinstalled the whole game, still same. I've changed nothing in my system and yesterday I was fine, today it's driving me nuts

Hey. I know this is a old post but I just want to let you know I have the same problem. Also am using a RTX 2070 as the same in that link if that helps. First time playing the game again after a couple of months. Deleted config.blk as recommended by a friend and no luck. All other games are working fine for me such as red dead redemption 2. It's not game ruining for me but it's annoying.

As far as I was able to test it for me it’s FPS related. I usually play at 60fps because my monitor is only 60hz. When I let the game loose to run at 190-200 FPS you don’t notice it. It still occurs as I recoded 190fps video to look at it frame by frame it still happens but so fast you can’t really see it. I then started testing different framerate caps. I personally stop noticing it at about 120fps. Also I don’t believe it’s GPU related because I did test with a different card (970) and it was the same

Hey friend. Thank you for this. I have a 4k 60hz monitor(recently bought) my last one was a 1080p 60hz. This explains it then as this is the first time in months playing the game since getting this monitor. Obviously at lower resolution I get higher frames, and the bug isn't noticable. I've lowed the resolution on my 4k monitor and yes it is as you describe. Thank you so much. I hope a fix comes out soon.

You are right though. FPS related. Even at lower resolution when playing online in areas where frames dip I can see textures trees/buildings acting up when entering/exiting sniper mode. Again not game ruining but it is there. Thank you!
