Freeze lag out of the blue.

Something that started a while ago.. seemingly at random points in games the game just freezes completely for 1-2 seconds and then continues. During this "frozen time" any input I would be giving at the time the freeze started will be continued. For example, if I was rolling just as it started lagging, I'd keep rolling my plane until the game "recovers" at which point I am usually upside down. It's driving me absolutely mad because it has happened multiple times where the game freezes as I am diving on an enemy, which ends up with me not having the time to pull up. Or freezing just as I see an enemy and when the freeze ends I'm shot.

I don't know what to do, I've updated my drivers and I don't think it's a latency issue. War Thunder is the one game that has this issue for me.

try to change v sync settings, refresh rate and or resolution.

I'm having the exact same problem and have yet to find a fix for it
