Hull Down Positions

Why does this game have maps with no or very few hull down positions? The maps are almost always utterly devoid of such terrain features because the maps are usually too steep. You guys realize that such positions are kind of important, right? So why make maps without such positions? It makes the game just a little frustrating as a result. Because of the nature of the maps it makes using real life drills impossible.

I like the game for the most part but this kills it for me.

Playing German or US tanks, I rarely ever have trouble finding hull-down positions anywhere, at all. It's almost exclusively a Soviet problem, and the point where their cramped tank design and oversized guns bites them in the back.

The are plenty of Hull Down locations on the maps.

Well I can't find them and I have been playing tank sims since the early 2000s. I play as German and Soviet. Most of the maps are too damn steep to find anything useful.

Kuban has a massive problem with lack of hull down positions.
