F-104G for Italy, compared to Germany
I'm only writing this because I find it odd that the Italian F-104G cannot carry 4 AIM-9J's and the german one can.

Hi! We currently don't have any information to suggest anything more than 2 x AIM-9s were used on Italian built F-104Gs, which is why it only has two.

Italy did make use of 4x AIM-9 on the F-104S variant, but it isn't documented on the F-104G even though theoretically it was possible.
