Buying from Gaijin store

There is still no way to buy something from gaijin store from Belarus all of the payment methods just give errors
How is this still a thing for a "supposedly Russian" company to have no way to give them money if you are from CIS region

Through the gaijin store (on the website)
Steam store has way higher prices for some reason

Payments with cards give error that card is not supported or payment via this method is unavailable (Visa nor Mir cards) and other methods that are specifically made for Belarus gives error Xsolla 3001
Also mobile payment gives 1066 error

I tried opening support ticket before but support said to go the Xsolla support and that leads nowhere because everyone said everything is fine and they kept sending me to one another

I've made a support ticket before and all i got is "hey go to Xsolla support and ask them" and their support sent me back to gaijin support so its a dead end i guess with no way to buy something from my country without some 10 layered workaround (i dont know any)
