Game runs smoothly in ULQ unless my internet connection is atrocious. In addition, the graphics still aren't that bad
Then he went into the game, set it to ULQ and proved that it gives many advantages.
But, yeah, I agree. It's BS to think you're behind a building, bush, tree, etc. and someone a few hundred meters away sees you plain as day because said object isn't rendering in for them.
They need a War Thunder version and a Poor Thunder version.
He did that prior to the update that specifically changed ULQ. Also Phly is a manchild there's better Youtubers.
what? I didn't say anything "happened" to him. I said he's a manchild. But then being a 40 year old who acts like he's 16 gets him clicks so good for him.
Yes, what the Phly cult isn't understanding is Phly "proved" it gave an advantage BEFORE the updates.
This was after the update. It's why he was talking about it in that vid. I'm sure it's been covered several times, though.
Not defending it. Don't use it. Never did.
The recent nerf only mentioned,
"Assets disappear when moving out from the player now equal for all (not depending on graphics settings)."
which basically means, if the vehicle is behind solid buildings or walls or somewhere far that the player is not able to see, they dont render. That is all.
This means that if you are hiding within bushes, you are still visible under ULQ.
Bushes are assets.
