so you disable nvidia colorblind mode because it could be used as cheating in night maps. BUT THEN PROCEED NOT TO ADD COLORBLIND MODE?!
a tank was right infront of me and i couldnt see it because my brain merged the colors...
how hard is it to add colorblind mode?!

I'm totally colour blind, the army wouldn't give me a tank, shoot when the red circle in the green triangle is......."what circle, what triangle".....had to join something else....

anyway, I once thought like you, ab only, about 2 years after i started i moved onto rb.

Found it easy, ab players do, once they get over the "have to use my eyes" to see.

once I got used to the game and opened my eyes my colour blindness means very little.
yes I'm what I would call a middle of the road player but I don't blame that on my eyes.

In this game, if you don't look, don't learn the maps, you won't see something that is not normally there.
If you don't look, you don't see movement.

google colour blindness and camouflage............you will be surprised that it is you that has the advantage in this game.

If I don't see something, that is me, not looking or most of the time just day dreaming.

If i buy glasses it would be like sunglasses and see even worse. and youre all colors? that is so rare i have a good reason to doubt you. and if you see black and white you would know nothing about the pain of 2 similar colors merging...

when i didnt know this i took ages to find a pencil in school because my brain showed different colors depending on where i looked...

i don't have the very worst, that I admit. colours merging, yes.

as for the glasses, I can't afford them, glasses that sort your eyes out.
As for total not sure they will help you.

They are not going to give you anything to help you in the game, it gets abused by all.
it gets abused in any game that this type of help is added to.

Best you will find is AB and change the colours that you use in game.

I had to change mine to real different ones and even then I don't always see them....the see one or the other crap thing and if I decide I'm looking at the wrong colour I don't find out till it shoots me....happens.

Changing the in game colours is the best you can do.

You should probably pester them through official channels if you want anything done. Unless you're doing this just to rant and throw dirt on developers, in which case you deserve everything you'll get in this thread.

options, replay and spectator mode, TEAM A and B, change nameplate colours.

that's all I could do.
Took a while even when I knew I had changed the colours to get used to it.

Rest is learning the maps, where people hide and watching the mini map,
I to this day see things on the mini map but can't see the thing on my screen right in front of me.....

nameplate colours wont do sh*t?!

it is called nameplate but it is the colour that surrounds the vehicle as well in AB.

what people call the AB marker. You can shoot the markers without ever seeing a tank in AB.

I did read a thread the other day, not here but on the WT forum asking for more colours to be added.
I know I found it difficult to find 2 i could see, poss why I'm better at rb now, I couldn't rely on seeing the colours.

That's is all there is at the moment and even that is about 5 years old now.
