Improve Breda-SAFAT Italian machine guns

These 12.7mm's are hugely underperforming for the guns that form the backbone of lowtier Italy. Even when they are doubled-up in a nose mount they are outclassed by a single Browning or Berezin 50cal... I know they had low bullet velocity but they should at least be brought up to par with other 50cals for gameplay balance. Either that or nerf the current 50cals of other nations, they are considerbly more reliable and deadly compared to guns like the MG FF (not FF/M) and the 13mm HMG. I don't think the current 50cals for other nations are OP or unbalanced, just seems a bit bad that all the 50's except the Italians (who RELY COMPLETELY on them at BR 1.0-3.0) are given so much love while the Italians (with a general energy fighting style that cannot afford long sustained bursts on target) have to suffer.

Both the Japanese and Italian 12.7s were nerfed if I recall. For what reason, your guess is as good as mine.

I don't know about bredas, but Japanese .50s were always bad, and confirmed underperforming by gaijin if I remember correctly.

Though as always, they don't give two ♥♥♥♥♥ to actually fix what they know is broken if it's not American, German, or Russian.

At least i've found a sort of temporary fix, requires a little bit of time and effort: the stealth rounds perform much better (i was tipped off by someone that the Italian Stealth 12.7's actually have some explosive filler), but once again i feel like as these guns are the lowtier Italy's bread and butter they should improve the performance of the beginner's belts like Tracer and Air Targets. I mean, american API-T eviscerates even BV238's while Italian API-T sparks on biplanes and PBY's

the non-tracer incendiaries in every belt are HE-I, though IRL they were pretty trash, so they probably are in game as well
every belt but "tracers" has them

Speaking of reliability, they're supposed to be much harder to jam than they are in-game.
