Thanks for ruining protection analysis. Also why lie about the centurion X's armour being good?
So simulating a shot in protection analysis now feels like a snail and you don't get the hit box in top left telling you if it's ricochet, shatter or what you hit in the tank. I don't mind the shell hitting slowly, but it takes so long for the simulated shot to happen after clicking... or not at all.

As for the centurion X. Well they advertised good turret protection, but it is terrible! It is worse than the centurion MK.3 and the FV4202 which it looks a lot like. They weren't lying about it having good protection, but the tough spots are tiny and out of the way. Just aim for the cheeks or turret ring and you pen even with the non-sabot shells. Is anyone else disappointed about this?

I just hope gaijin fixed the silent bomb and plane sound bugs for ground forces. Silent bombs even for high altitude bombers sucks, ear-♥♥♥♥ glitchy sounds, and even a bug where can only hear bombs and planes when firing MGs sucks. I am not playing this game till they fix that. I have died so many times because I can't hear when there are planes in the air, so no audio warning.

You don't get the hit box because it's playing it all live for you in slow motion dude. Why have a second view of exactly what you're seeing anyways? The rounds are very slow, yes, but more accurately will let you see where to adjust rather than hoping to see the desired things on a list that doesn't even seem to work in-game anymore anyways.

The Cent X armor is exactly as expected, the 4202 isn't that well armored on the turret, in combat effectiveness, the majority of bounces will come from peeking over ridges and rounds hitting that turret roof as a result.

I know that, but I preferred the hitboxes and the list of what was hit as it doesn't always show up visually anyway. More accurately? Am I the only one who didn't have issues with it before and didn't need to slowed down to a snail's crawl to see where things hit? It was fine before. Now instead of quickly readjusting, I have to wait forever for the animation to finish or not finish at all as it doesn't work properly.

But the announcement post advertised it as good turret armour, but it's even worse than the FV4202 which at least had 180-230mm effective protection on the turret ring. I looked at the new centurion and it is terrible. Why did they advertise it at good protection? So it's not really good armour, it's just perhaps you will bounce a roof shot when peeking over hills, but any decent shot that isn't skimming your roof will kill you as the cheek armour aren't going to help you against a tiger 2?
