A list of german vehicles that should have the scout ability.

First and foremost is the Aufklarungspanzer 38 (t) since it was a spotting vehicle.
The Puma since armored cars were used for recon as well as the panzer II C, F and DAK versions.
TLDR: The sdkfz 140/1, sdkfz 234/2, panzer II C, panzer II F, and panzer II DAK should be considered recon vehicles for the german ground forces tree.

Yes they've implimented it, I was able to use the scout ability using the russian T-80. Theres a list somewhere of the vehicles that have it. It's mostly american vehicles though, the only germans that have it are the top tier ones: Ru 251 and that new rank VI with the auto cannon.

No T1s have the ability, the specifically stated this.

Anything else is a bug though

T-80 is tier II though, and T-50 isn't in the list of vehicles that have it.

PzIIh aparently does though.
