Finding Co-ops/friends to play with

I understand this may be a stupid question, I do have a couple pals here and there who do play. but they only play so much, and i want to try and broaden my horizons and find others who enjoy playing the game. Just unsure what places and where too look.

Was just hoping for some tips in finding other people around who do play, considering a level of social anxiety making it hard to reach out. As i want to find people who aren't try-harding the game too much, and are just happy to play the game and have fun, and don't mind someone who isn't the best. Especially now that I have gotten myself a HOTAS setup and i am relearning how to fly in Airsim, but both air and ground battles are enjoyed.

Just wanting to have fun and chill, while playing and learning.

I'm hoping to learn airsim myself, but I suck with a joystick, I play all modes and it seems we're both from Victoria!
I play wayyy too much War Thunder, so I'm pretty much always on (Unless I'm grinding an event in Enlisted, haha)

I send everyone a friend request here. I just started playing and im learning the game. I have no one to play and playing solo can become bit tedious. Im not too far in the game and right now prefer ground vehicles mostly on arcade mode so i would learn the maps.
