Elite Commander

Hi there,
i was looking through the titles you can earn in war thunder and i found one called "elite commander". i was wondering what you have to do to get it, so i looked it up on google and the only answer i could find was that you have to own 25 fully trained crews. does that mean that every single skill has to be maxed out? even the number of experienced gunners on a fighter plane (!) or does this mean that you have to buy the ace expertise with golden eagles on 25 crews?

I suppose as it says "commander" you'd have to be the one who formed the clan?

The title ''Elite Commander'' needs the achievement for having 25 fully (that is 1030 crew levels per crew) trained crews.

This means that if you have 5 crews per faction, you need to have 5 crews per faction maxed to get the achievement ánd the title.

so you basically have to either throw massive amounts of money at the game or play like 4000 hours...

Thats not what i was trying to say. Thos game isnt really p2w in my opinion.
