EldE 98 is a joke already

I'm sure a lot of you have already seen the new specs of the EldE 98 (New Swedish AA), and I've got to say;

Gaijin, how did you manage to f*ck up that badly, you even managed to mess up the specs of this aircraft, I get you're taking SLS specs and giving it a 12km range (Pantsirs is 20km!) and a 5km height ceiling (not even correct, a quick google search lists SLS at 8km so they can't even get this right)

What kind of "top tier AA" is this? 11.3? Holy hell, all I'd have to do as an enemy fighter is fly above 5km and not have to worry about it. Best part is we only get 4 ready to fire missiles + 4 refill crate. Nice, we just got a Type 81(c) AA but for Sweden. Guess I'll stick to the ItO since there's no reason to use this piece of sh*t!

Oh and by the way, the Pantsir's range is 20km, 1300 m/s speed and it has how many missiles again? 12? Nice balancing Gaijin!

where did you get the info from? any chance it gets upgraded missiles as a modification?

tbh i dont mind sweden getting a top tier SPAA since ItO gets the job done, im more interested in Type 625E since it can mount a couple different missiles, either its gonna be garbage like PZG04A or something actually useful unlike Tor and HQ17

edit: nvm i missed the devblog, though its still early to be sure they could make it better before it gets released

That's the start of development, the first prototype was delivered in 1994.
Development then stopped, First 50 delivered, for export, in 2000.

Now, let's look at the lower levels:
Lagg-3 first flight 1940, IOC 1941.

Lagg-3-8 (early 1941 series) BR 2.0 (in Sim)

Same BR as:
Brewster F2A Buffalo First Flight 1937

and

Lagg-3-11 (again early 1941 series) BR 2.3 in Sim

Same BR as
He-112 B (B-0 and B-1) first flight 1935. (Start of development in 1934)

Now, if you know anything about Aviation, you know just how much changed in those 5-6 years between 1934-1935 and 1940-1941.

Even it's youngest contemporary the Bf-109 E-1 is about 2 years older, with a much less punchy armament. And that's a very late pre-WW2 design vs. one that's been informed by two years of war.
The Lagg-3s true contemporaries are the very late Emils aka E-7, E-8 and E-9, as well as the early (F-1, F-2, F-3) and the definitive F-Model (F-4) 109s.

You don't get to say anything about anyone being helped or handheld by the game, because all your aircraft are horribly undertiered until the 7.0-8.0 bracket. And even after, the Mig-15 has a lower BR than the Sabres and the Mig-17 is the same BR as an F-Model sabre.

Mind you, the US is undertiered to all hell, but still not quite as broken as the Russian/Soviet Tech tree.
The Yak-3 (late 1944) being the same BR as a Mid-to late 1941 Bf-109 F-4 is another example.
