OP is not wrong though, T-72 line is my favorite in WT, but I'd have to be extremely dishonest if I were to claim that I could make use of the same map real estate without issues as I can in my Leopards or Abrams.
Yes, there are always spots that I can use in my T-72, but in my Leopard or Abrams I can use those as well as 10 others I can't use.
A somewhat extreme example is Attica, where whole sections of the map actually don't have any good spots for the T-series in the initial engagement zones.
Older maps typically at least have one usable spot per ridge, but map design gone downhill drastically isn't exactly new at this point.
🤔
In my experience the map rotation on top tier is heavily rotatting around cqc maps, such as Sweden, Holland, Breslau, Sun City, Alaska, Seversk-13. I want to remind you that T series tanks later on in the TT have Relikt ERA, which eats APFSDS shells, making margin for error very small for any tank what faces them. Meanwhile countries like Germany or the US are being forbidden to get their better shells, such as the M829A3-4 or DM 73, what were supposed to deal with such ERAs. Till that happens, when Russian vehicle users cry about them being unable to brawl, while the map rotation heavily favors CQC maps, is a skill issue. Meanwhile the Abramses, Challengers, Leclers, Japanese top tier MBTs like Type 10 or KTX, Arietes are nothing but weakspots on tracks because the map rotation doesn't allow actual hull down gameplay what the vehicles were meant to be used in. I'd gladly change map rotations with you honestly. I didn't mention the Leopards for the reason they are absolutely ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ cracked with the spall liners, making them still competent in urban knife fighting.
I outsource my gardening too. That doesn't mean if the guy supposed to just trim the hedges cuts down all my trees and takes a dump on my front lawn, there aren't going to be words exchanged, no payment and a lawsuit.
In other words, if I want russian bias in my game and the map designer wants to get paid after he comes up with things that hurt primarily russian vehicles, well I guess you can figure out how that is going to go.
Thats alot of yapping for me saying that the Maps are outsourced and thats the reason they suck lol
Like come on, the maps are getting smaller and smaller even tough ranges are longer and longer, and dont get me started onspawnkilling and how fun it is.
