If you check both the murmansk in the current battle pass as of 1/18/2025 it is just a uss detroit ripped from a previous battlepass

former USS Milwaukee loaned to Soviets it is just an Omaha class CL but it fills a spot in USSR lineups around 5.0

This is historically correct, it was on loan to the Soviets for some time. Same as the Archangelsk, a British Revenge-Class battleship. Both were handed back to their owners and scrapped later.

The battleship Novorossiysk was a war prize taken from the Italian navy and ended its service in the USSR. Same as the cruiser Kerch by the way.
