The VIDAR and the premium hungarian PzH2000 are of the most extreme pay-to-win vehicles in the game.
That's a good example of how Gaijin's way to balance the game doesn't work. Noobs will suck whatever vehicle they're in. That's just part of the normal process of learning the game. Vehicles should be balanced around capabilities first and not by statistics biased by player incompetence.
And that kind of Balancing hurts the Minor nations more than the Big 3.
Since the Minor nations are usually played by more experienced players which in turn makes the vehicles perform above average according to the "Statistics", they are more prone for being up BR´d.
A Good example is the Char25t now at 8.0 has to compete with the Object 906 and DF105 which are also at 8.0 but better in almost every aspect.
And at 8.3 are already things like the Turm III or PT-76-57.
