because USA has less win rate at max BR cause of wallet warriors and kids
but sweden has more win rate at top
also it depend on play style
But as you get better then this becomes less of an issue as its all about skill and how you play the tank. In other words, which tank suits your playstyle best.
And if you learn how to play the different nation tanks, then it doesn't matter which one you chose. Its more about which one you have the most fun in (asx you probably going to sapend loads of time with it).
I love playing the HSTV-L. But it is a paper tank meaning that you die every time someone shoots you. But if you play so that no one ever gets a shot at you, then you donät die. But for me the HSTV'L and T92 made the grind worth it. US 8.3 to 10.0 was boring as hell for me (except for the MBT-70).
So try to figure out which play style suits you, and then make a choice of nation. I would put fun to play as a criteria.
overall i would recommend sweden because USA mains are god awful at the game.
Thing is, the game play peaks around BR 9.0-9.3 anyway, and that is comfortable to reach without whaling or insane time investment.
I wouldn't set top tier as a goal, you're way better off diversifying.
You'll get there sooner than you think anyway, find out why it has so many issues first hand, realize they can't get solved but will get worse year by year, and go back to rank VI.
