Game is literally unplayable in NZ/AU

Since SA servers basically no longer exist because of how bad gaijin is as a developer I’m forced to play on NA servers with 200+ ping and 40% packetloss like wtf is this? I have 900mbps download and 500mbps upload internet and don’t experience this in any other online games.

I guess they just don’t give a sh*t about anyone outside of America? I cannot play like this and am so close to just uninstalling and no longer supporting this game.

Yeah and 95% of the time it picks NA servers with fluctuating packet loss from anywhere from 1%-40% which causes like a 5-8 second delay. Pure pain man :( pretty sure it even does it on SA servers.

player of over a decade locate in NZ and no problems here, never even used the SA server even when it did exist, warthunder is not as sensitive to ping as some kind of run and gun twitch shooter. 300 ping is perfectly playable. packet loss is on you because i can only remember a handful of occasions where it wasnt 0% and those were occasions the servers were having issues for everyone

I was wondering why so many chinese and japanese players (by the names) were in the NA server recently, now I know.

Answering to you, being in south America - no, they don't care about people in places other than NA and western europe, like 95% of all devs/publishers in the world.

they have been there the whole time, its only recently they added support for non latin characters so you actually noticed them

Yeah China, Japan, Aus, NZ, we all suffer from packet loss and ping due to Gaijin

I play on NA as an Aussie, I notice some spikes in PL less that 10% not that often to be honest and at most it deletes my shells mid air if I die just after I fire, so for a vast majority of my time playing WT it's been on 280 ping, I must of just gotten use to it.

Thats your fault not gaijins im having very good ping, upgrade your internet.

NZ or not if you have a good connection you can play on all servers, guess why the chinese play on western servers because they can handle it.

Yea same here, I might run into a couple issues where that extra 1/3rd of a second might of helped but no consistent issues really.

I play on the CIS server allot of the time as well.

You know it s funny cause I live in the lowest part of Aus, Tasmania, and I play the game fine, no issues, no lag, game is great.

If anything, I'd say you're using Optus lmao. But still, 40% ping is just something in you're end, must be your internet. I play on NA servers just fine.

Doesn't really matter if you have great Internet or not if the Server are far away or trash.

I got a 1000mbit/s contract / connection and in the last few months haven't lost connection or problems with it at all but when i pick CIS (from Europe) i still get 100 Ping which makes it unplayable
