Strela or IMP Chaparral

People complain more about the Strela but what are your opinions about the Chaparral and Strela? Are they identical? They both sit at 9.3 and only fire surface to air missiles.

You mean CAP players crying about not being able to prevent the team with Strelas curb stomping the team with CAS. You only see the one side of the picture. A 20g optically guided missile compared to a 12g IR guided missile is on a whole different level.

chapparal cant kill a stationary helicopter, locking any aircraft not in rear aspect is useless and even in rear aspect its hilariously easy to dodge
