Or did the breaker shutting off everything in the room (including the router) fix it?
just restart the PC, fix this problem ??
1. clear chache.
2. restart pc
3. update the latest nvidia driver
still fail to login war thunder in my steam....
but, the login is working fine in gaijin war thunder site, via FF browser.

100mbps lan connection in indonesia.
Cable base connection.
But, war thunder has server issue in my city, my country.
I must use vpn just for login into thr game.
I live in Milan and when i play EU servers my ping is 400+, restarted pc, restarted router, nothing helps, when i play Russian servers my ping is fine

However, there have been no outages with the Game Servers for some weeks. The issue is likely to be your connection. Your ISP will only test the connection from your modem/router
to their nearest node. It does not check the entire path to the game servers. This is what tracert does.
