Gaijin has done somekind of experimentation or theorycrafting with them in the past and they didn't seem to have a place in the game.
I assume it's because you can just turn off the radar and other guided ammunitions can already perform SEAD strikes. Well as the imbalance between SACLOS and IR launchers, as the latter is more dominant cause of it requires 0 skill to operate and is more lethal.
Assuming the datamines about ballistic missiles is true, then we might see SEAD missile added eventually once more advanced anti-air systems roll in to the game.
