"Getting Gaijined"
I think as a game developer accepting the fact that the bugs in game are so bad that so frequently break gameplay expectations that a term like "Getting Gaijined" should be an absolute embarrassment.

I am sure it is not because a lack of desire by your coders and designers that persistent issues like:
unexlainable bounces
pens that should or should not happen
pen with no damage whatsoever
ghost shells
loss of traction
broken radar
etc

However I feel you guys really need to commit to weeding out these issues that have been causing so many to continue to defame and water down the brand by referring to the brand with a derogatory connotation like "Getting Gaijined" WarThunder is a great game and you guys should be proud of what you have created. However in having that pride you should feel you owe it to yourself to weed out these issues more diligently than you have instead of adding even more content.

This is not to say add no more content till the game is perfect. I get that new content is key to engagement of veteran and new players alike. However it is more about priorities. Your "Its Fixed" series of updates often concentrate largely on smaller less important fixes but too often ignores major game breaking issues the community has been very vocal about.

If you turn this around you can make it so people speak fondly of getting Gaijined instead, like if they win something nice in a battle trophy or event. A change in your mindset in this way adds substantial value and trust to all your customers.
