No.
GE hasn't been on sale for nearly 10 years.
The only GE "sales" are when third parties do promos (Razor, etc).

Vehicles that cost GE will likely be on sale. But GE themselves no.

The "discount" is only there so Gaijin can charge steam users more if they decide to pay over steam since steam takes a 30% cut.

it is not 30% the price goes from $33 to $35 math is hard From the gaijin store it is $25
