What sucks is the console version is far better.
How to Play:
Never take on head on brawls with it, just try to flank by using your speed advantage. Around that br there are so many newbies that you can easily get around 5 kills per match consistently.
Why do people insist in calling trash great? Ok lets look at this objectively:
It is a huge target with armor that can not absorb shots or bounce them reliably. Typically if you get shot you die.
It is very loud and your presence is always known from mid to close distance.
The antenna makes it so visually you will have an impossible time going over hills to assault anything aside from a blind man.
The ammo does not pen well and when it does it does not do much damage.
Yes I agree that you can get kills by flanking. However there are tanks without such massive disadvantages at this BR or even below it that are leaps and bound more efficient. At best this tank can be called feasible. It is not the worst tank but for a tank someone is normally buying to grind out their tree it is reasonable to assume they do not have many or any tanks at that BR. So to have a premium tank at a higher BR that can not take hits and does not have stopping power I think I am justified in calling it trash because it struggles to perform the function it was designed for.
or inconvenient to use from a unique identity too.
At that BR and higher, you are not a heavy tank. The age of using armor is gone, you are not going to bounce the majority of hits you take. There are exceptions of course, HEATFS will struggle, maybe certain vehicles are light enough not to die instantly or their armor causes shells to shatter, but still.
You need to play to be mobile and cautious, go for flanks, sit in a position and snipe, you do not want to brawl. Everything around your BR, and mostly lower, will penetrate and kill you easy. Players are also high enough (unless they're other premium vehicle newbies) to know how to 1-2 shot kill you while crippling your tank. Leave the brawling to the Russians, they have the armor and ERA to do it, but they will struggle more at sniping and being mobile in reverse by their design where as you can be mobile and snipe while moving back to cover.
it's the eternal question
if anyone here knew, they really couldn't say
Atleast give us scouting and such gaijin
I'm not sure if Gajin decides what vehicle counts as what, or if the real life classification does. I can think of both historically. I think for all intents and purposes though, it is an mbt.
