SCOUT BUTTON DOES NOT WORK!!!!!!!!

I do what it says to scout and it doesn't work

You have to be in bino or gun view and it has a cooldown on RB

It also has a cool down, so you can't just keep spamming it.

Sometimes it just dont work . one thing i observed was that sometimes the tank you think you see is not really there the game is not showing you his actual postion for some reason .

another thing is there could be an obstruction not being rendered due to graphic settings that is blocking the function .


other times who knows why it not working for .

Yeah, spotting/scouting in this game is pretty much a game of chance, some times it works, some times it doesn't. Sometimes you can spot people through buildings, sometimes it fails to spot them even through there is a clear line of sight....

In most cases, if you can shoot them, ie. you can see them through your crosshair, it will work.

Scouting means that you go out and you look at the target. And then you get the reward once you eliminate the Target and inform you the people you're on. And not go on the outside application cheating by reporting everybody's position. That's what scouting means there's no button for it.

yeah ive also had cases where id have to press several times to actually scout the target.

the ability was available (not in cooldown), and pressing the button wouldnt spot the target, neither give you the cooldown for using it at all.
