What F-15 Variant?
Would they add the F-15A before the F-15C? i know it seems like a stupid question but there is a need for a top tier USA strike aircraft or even bomber so F-15C would fit well in either. However, I think F-15A would be more similar to a fighter like the F-16A.

even if you want to play semantics and call a dedicated air superiority fighter a 'strike aircraft' (its the E 'strike eagle' that are the actual strike variants, not the A through D), any f15 regardless of role would still be a massive power creep blowing every fighter in the game out of the water, it wouldn't even be close

we are talking about the aircraft that was built when US intelligence thought the soviets had built some kind of super fighter so in a complete panic the air force produced something better, not realising they had overestimated the soviets so severely so they ended up with the best fighter on the planet which held that crown for decades

the f16 is not an actual competitor, its the low budget option

ah then you may have been thinking about the premium F11F-1 that was added a few years ago took me a moment to remember that thing just disappeared when it was power creeped lol.

That sounds like it yeah, similar names, I never got to really experience playing it or against it

yeah it when it was first added it was king for some time but was quickly dethroned when radar missiles were added along with more advance jets.
