How do top tier US vehicles keep getting pushed up in BR?
My original point still stands that 365mm of pen is not enough at it's BR. I also have some boots for you to shine
Decompression itself does not change anything for tanks. All tanks increased by 0.3 BR. So you will meet the same machines as before.
As for the Abrams, yes, it is ridiculously small considering the machines that are on this BR and have 400-500 or even 700mm like the Object 292 without problems. It is also ridiculous that these first Abrams in the Gulf War were basically the best ammunition in the world from depleted uranium that shot through the T-72 like butter and sent them to the moon, a paradox.
Nope. The basic M1 Abrams with the 105 mm was never deployed in Desert Storm. The M1A1 with the 120 mm gun saw action in Desert Storm.
Some IPM1s were in Desert Shield but the unit that had it was given M1A1s during Desert Storm.
M900 i dont think so , but atleast M833.
fun fact depending on abrams which I think is sep 1 the canon uses an electronic ignition because the gun powder is used which is still classified is a new model. And has a much higher muzzle velocity and hits like a freight train. Those numbers could be off as it's still classifed by an insane amount.
Another point to note. During Desert Storm, Iraq got uptiered by a fair bit. The Iraqi forces were using T-72M1 (9.3) (and a locally produced version), T-55As (8.3), Type 59s (8.0), Type 69s (8.0) against American M1A1s (11.3) and M60A3s (9.0) (used by the US Marines).
