Some files need to be updated or have been corrupted

Hi there,
so here is the thing...

Yesterday i had a problem with that message once i started the game by steam or directly by launcher. Rest of the message is the list of files:

War Thunder\aces.dll
War Thunder\aces.vromfs.bin
War Thunder\aces.x86
War Thunder\avutil-ttv-51.dll
War Thunder\compiledShaders\game.compatibility.ps40.shdump.bin
and 22 other files

I googled the solution setting up launcher to be run as an administrator.
It worked after i deleted the game and reinstalled it over again.

But today i have same problem.

When i hit OK there goes Analyzing files...
When it is done launcher starts to download files or fix or whatever. It starts at download speed of 0.5MB/s then it starts dropping download speed to like 1kB/s and then there is critical error and only thing that remains is to send crash dump to developers or just not sending anything.

As I stated above - im running launcher as an Administrator.

Any clue how to solve problem?

The final piece of the puzzle, everything below is copied from a forum:

DO THIS ON YOUR OWN RISK!

The file you are looking for is :
warthunder.yup.resume

BACKUP!

Edit it in notepad or similar, search for the line :
"max_connectionsi16777215e11"

Change it to
"max_connectionsi24e11" .. the i is important, not a typo


Running the limit on 100 now, seems to work perfect for me.. 1300KB/s ..
vs 507 bytes/s with 170 connections
("max_connectionsi100e11" )

1. Deactivate all Hooks
2. Activate the Hook "Limit Upload Speed" and set it to 50 (Important! : Dont erase the Standard-Number 100 completely and type 50, it will crash your launcher. Mark the first two letters (10) of the 100 and replace it with a 5. Because if the Upload-Limit is Zero, it will crash ... and if you erase the 100, it would be the same like Zero) ;)

First i had not the File "warthunder.yup.resume" too. But after any abort's and hard-abort's (killing launcher.exe -process)

I have solved this problem by clearing space on the hard-disk that i have steam on.

I already had enough space for warthunder and its update but i kept getting this error and a crash on the launcher afterwards so clearing space that war thunder did not need was my soloution.

I have the exact same problem and cant find any other place people are talking about this.
All i need to find now is the warthunder.yup.resume file but i dont have it in my warthunder folder so i need help as i can not download it on any official page . Please help :l
