Network Limited?

It says "network limited" To the left above the download bar and the War Thunder update is download so slowly. Could someone help me out and tell me how to disable it?

It would be nice if we could receive patches through steam but that would probably be a bit of a ♥♥♥♥ around for the Devs so I'm going to put up with the Download.

I have over 100 games, mostly online. Why I need special settings for War Thunder only? All other games working

ok, checked my ports here http://scanme.firebind.com/protocol.html?protoapp_code=warthunder and all needed open - still problems - network limited. Program added to firewall, allowed. It need patch

It's all good now, even if my Ports are open I still get Network limited sometimes, Just restarting War Thunder's Launcher will get rid of Network Limited :P

Well I have tried everything and it just doesn't really work. I always have network limited. War Thunder is the only game with this problem too. Sometimes I get nice 0,7mb/s, even 1 mb/s... but sometimes I get few bytes a sec, not even kilobytes. It's that bad. Time of the day doesn't seem to have any affect on this either. And restarting the launcher doesn't work most of the time either.

I think my windows firewall is ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up pretty bad. It doesn't work, so I can't add War Thunder to it. I tried to use Windows Fix It once, and it did nothing, and I'm trying it again right now. I ended up here because this is the 4th time I download the game hoping it will work, but it always takes forever to connect to the game server (the one that leads you to main menu) and then I get an error code. I'm here because I just saw that "Network limited" thing telling me to check my firewall for blocked ports, so I thought those ports are the damn thing that don't let me even try this game. I don't know what to do, and I'm getting tired and worried.

This also happens sometimes when updating the launcher. Windows no longer recognizes the program and as such will not allow it through the firewall. Reboot launcher and re-allow with the pop up firewall windows dialogue.

The problem is: It's russian!
My firewall blocks aces.exe and it doesn't impede the downloads OR gaming at all... So one has to wonder... WHAT is it they're trying to get their hands on that I'm blocking them from doing? Hmm?
Gaijin are NOT to be trusted, Wargaming are shifty aswell...
ANY games developer that want you to turn off firewalls and antivirus before not only installing, but before PLAYING their online games are... Let's say, not very trustworthy eh?

And turning off commenting on EVERY article/news they create that might be iffy? But leaving them on on "safe" ones? Yeah great way to build trust...
