Add Phong Kong T34 To US tech tree

Seeing as there is a vietnam boat in the US coastal boats tree, why not add the Phong Kong t34 SPAA to the US tech tree to fill the gaps a bit better, I get the chaffee with the 50cals is coming but six 50Cals isnt particularily amazing so this could be a good addition

It could possibly get added to the US tech tree as they did manage to get a captured one but there has already been a event for the one in the USSR tech tree. I doubt they would run another event for the same vehicle but for a different nation etc.

For one, the Phong has way better ground combat capabilities (AP rounds with 87mm of pen), and better armor (T-34 chassis and turret plating). But that being said it shouldn't be added to the US tree.
