Saitek Cyborg 3D Force [Force feedback issue]

Force feedback within the game only works if you hit your wheels very hard during the landing, other than that, there are no reactions [machineguns, cannons, stall, takeoff etc.]. Vibration is turned ON within the game settings and I used variety of settings for actual force of the ffb in the menu. Have anyone else experienced this issue and what could be the solution for this issue?

P.S. FFB works flawlessly in IL-2 1946 and CLOD.
