Need instructions how to talk in game please?

Hello please forgive my stupid question but I wasnt able to figure it out on my own, id like to be able to chat with fellow team-mates during online gaming.I have a Soundblaster soundcard and headphones with an external mic.Any tips are appricated if I can just get this to work somehow.

thought not many people use it
I personally use teamspeak

Go to menu, game options, voice, you have the option to push to talk or just have it automaticlly pick up your voice.

But as other said you have to be on a squad.
