No, you can keep mouse aim on and just use the keyboard for turn fighting. The best thing to do is to use the keyboard in turns then use your mouse to aim the plane.
Won't make a difference.
Doesn't make a difference with mouse aim. Everything is controlled by the instructor which is what causes the wobble. Using the keyboard overrides the instructor and extends the control surfaces as far as possible at that speed.
