Custom Skins visible for others ?

I asked my friend in game but he cant see my custom skin ....

So my question is:
What do i have to do to make it visible for others ?

You can't. If custom skin visibility for everyone was a thing you'd have to download every single custom skin for every player and for every match for you get into;

for example I have 3 skins, one of them is for P-47 and is 230mb and for P-51 Mustang which is 60mb, unless sized down to blobs of colors it would seriously hinder low-speed internet users.

Trackmania is the best example for a working Skin sharing Multiplayer game......
I dont see a problem when skin files 1MB or less are sharded with others. Maybe they can compress it a littlebit.

I was thinking using trackmania as example too, Trackmania has default decals that comes with the game player can use at his discretion and there's no download aside from placements/numbers/sizes/colors of those shapes.

War Thunder also has these but you can't put more than 2(4 if you're premium).

Gaijin works around this by actually adding skins people have made. They've done it before, and they really like historical skins. If we had it so everyone could see everyone's skins, we'd have to spend 5 mins before every match downloading each player's half-nude anime girl skins and their blinding chrome skins. It would basically ruin the immersion.

I think it would be cool to be able to set an option to see my friend's skins, at least.

Also, people would have less incentive to buy skins with golden eagles aka real money...

I've played Call Of duty online... I've seen the images some can make with a few symbols... Not pretty... There are people like that, and these people hold it back for the others unfortunately.

Yeah if every single person liked historical or at least semi historical stuff, they'd probably consider it.
