How to make warthuder better in 1.49 and beyond!

After the train wreck that was the last patch I thought it would be good to have a nice discussion on how gaijin can avoid another circus and bring back alot of the players that have left in droves.
First we must understand why people are angry and left before we can talk about how to fix it so with that in mind lets begin shal we?

The first problem is gaijin making the grind in this game worse EVERY SINGLE PATCH since at least 1.33. Every patch since then has don't one of the following. Removed 5x bonus, Removed 4x bonus, Removed 2x bonus, Removed an award for every country, Increased plane and tank costs, Removed a popular game mode, ruined a popular game mode, and worse of all moving the reward system from requiring teamwork and a win to simply logging in.

Now lets talk about the horrific implications of these poorly thought out decisions.
Removing 5x wasn't a big deal
Removing 4x reduced weekend logins
Increasing plane costs cost the game players
Removing SIM battles for 0 reason at all which was one of the most hard core communitys the game had was very poorly thought out and cost the game many players
Messing with RB battles maps really messed up the game
Now we have the biggest most glaring most WTF were you thinking change of all. The change that made the reward less than 7% of what it used to be. The idiotic decision to move the reward system from one that rewarded teamwork winning and ACTUALY QUEING UP FOR MATCHES A REQUIREMENT to a system that not only does not reward each country like it used to but spits in our faces with a 15% bonus to one stat which automaticly beings it to 7.5% of the old bonus and also takes the bonus from the base round score not the final score like it used to making the average dailys bonus when those things factored in less than 5% of what players used to get on a daily basis. This has had horrific implications accross the game. Ques are longer because people are no longer incentivized to actualy log in and play 1 - 4 rounds per country any more per day. They are no longer motivated to do there daily and grind out a lesser played country which reduces plane and tank diversity making for a crappyer gaming experience. It has dramaticly lengthened RB que times because ALOT of people used there bonus rounds for RB battles and then went to arcade after a win. As we all know the key to making money in a free to play game is getting people to log in daily. Why on earth would you change the system to one that does not reward this but once a week if that and then is just flat out offensive compared to our old rewards teh rest of the week? This is flat out instanity poor business management and poor player interaction that only leads to a less fun less diverse game.

We haven't even touched on the insane level of unreasonable censorship gaijin shows its players on both its forums and elsewhere on the internet but thats a chat for another time.

So what can gaijin do to ment the fence and bring back alot of the players who have left the game after repeated abuse?

First off put the daily reward system back into the game at least the 2x per country to balance ques again and bring back player diversity
Second they can maybe have a event weekend once a month where they have a sale on some skins or other things and maybe a bigger organize battle with a 3x weekend or something to generate regular hype for the game.
Add back SIM and some of the event game modes as options or on a weekly or 5 day rotation like left 4 dead has with mutations aside from teh daily battle. This would add fun and diversity.
Add more historical skins
Removing the greed based payway for flags or at least let each acount have one country flag for free and then charge after that but dont lie about the flags not being a pure cash grab any more come on.
Fire the current head of community management for gaijins main forum and replace it with some one who actualy has dealt with people on the internet before.
Stop removing game modes there no reason and more game modes only helps a game even if they are custom only.

These things would go a long way to helping fix the game for the better in the future. I hope you all learned alot in this thread and look forward to your ideas on things they could change or add in the next patch or 2 to fix the game and bring back alot of the players that have grown tired of gaijin just flat out ignoreing its community week in and week out.

We can only hope they change there ways in the next patch. They PROMISED there would be more to the reward system and not to over react here we are months later about to get the next patch so where is these additional reward changes THAT WERE PROMISED IN MANY POSTS by the devs? Im still waiting before I spend another dime.

Avrerge player count at 8pm, Also watching warthunder lost a spot or more a day on steamspy since the last patch is more than enough proof. So is the large increase in que times for many nations and RB

If they're new, they never experienced it before hand so it won't matter.

Edit: I'm tier 4 in almost all nations and do just fine without the first victory bonus

No im just tired of being offended every patch after payingf for premium for a long time theres no reason to they just continue to just abuse there player base every single patch in the name of making a little bit more money instead of fixing things and being happy with what they have. No other game has done this much to suppress critique and to make the grind worse every patch for well over a year now. This can not and will not be allowed to be ignored.
