Since tanks don't move that fast however that might be less frustrating.

Wireless DSL is where they place an antenna on top of your roof and point it at the nearest cellphone/broadcast tower. My pings with that were excellent and I was able to game that way. The downside of WDSL is that the speeds are limited, such as 256k up and 1.5m down, max.
I had excede for a while. Online games are rough but if you need a quick fix of War Thunder it's better than nothing. Planes are bouncing around like laggy, so if you wanna do some bombing thats much better than fighters but all in all I suggest telling yourself the answer is no, you can't have an enjoyable experience on sat
