That seems to be more of a problem of overexposure on your part and not knowing where the weak parts of the T-34 are. I have quite an easy time killing T-34, at least if I hit the right spots with the right ammo.
russian game means russians win all the time
logic
trussian ranks invincible
russia won war

Well, they did have heavy losses, but many of those weren't inflicted by Panzer III and Panzer IV when the T-34 first appeared on the battlefield. The Panzer shot to disable the tanks by tracking them and they were then taken out by gun emplacements with the PaK88 and such.
Many of the problems with the T-34 are hard to model in game, like the bad observation ability in comparison to German tanks or no radio or the bad optics on them. Especially in arcade mode (but not restricted to it) this becomes a problem of increasing its performance exponentially, because we have a much better view of the battlefield, know where our friendlies are and much more and can therefore make better decisions.
That especially the smaller guns (5 cm and 3,7 cm) of the Germans had problems of penetrating the T-34 is no myth, however and even the stubby 7,5cm sometimes had problems. Only the 5 cm high velocity guns and the long barreled 7,5cm started to alleviate that particular deficency. What enabled the Germans to be so effective against many better armored tanks and numbers were their leaders, their tactics and their two-way radio in every tank, making a coordinated attack or defense with other tanks and other Wehrmacht/Luftwaffe units that much more effective and acting, effectively, as a force multiplier. But those factors are not modelled in game, making the T-34 much more effective than it truely was.
