Test server in War Thunder?

Do they have a test server in War Thunder? Like Wolrd of Tanks

Yes, they have a closed "Dev Server." They also have some test missions you can download, with WIP planes.

Think you mean testing tanks/planes with out being seal clubbed, click on plane and then click on Preview. This will launch the game with only you to test you're heart out.

The "Dev Server" is closed, and only open at certain times (like, just before a major update).
The missions to download, you get them where you get normal user missions.
And as Gekko said, you can press" Test Flight" or "Test Drive" and test out a new vehicle.
