Use the Vickers P only as first plane if there are spots with tanks that are a bit off the furball action and you may have a chance of wreaking some havoc going more or less unnoticed, else bring it in as 2nd or 3rd plane, try to avoid other planes.
I got it spaded but it's still a plane I don't like to fly, bombs are just so much easier to take out tanks & pillboxes with...
I find hitting pillboxes is more reliable if you approach from a steeper angle; if you approach quite shallow then that's when the shots tend to go straight through.
I didn't have much fun spading the plane since I noticed a pattern of the allied team losing with anywhere from 6 to 10 enemies still alive; I'm not sure what causes this but it might be to do with the matchmaker not taking in to account the type of plane that the players are in, meaning sometimes it can stack loads of attackers and bombers against a team of pure fighters.
