Where can I find the official soundtrack?

I tried to find it, but some lists only list original music made for this game, not the classical music it plays on the menus.

Some pieces I can recognize, others I can't, and I would really like to know what they are.

One classical piece I definitely recognise is the second movement of Beethoven's Seventh Symphony, more commonly known as his Allegretto. You also have Mozart's Ave Verum Corpus and Aase's Death by Grieg.
