So I guess you are against the freedom of contractual agreements, because players SIGN an agreement (clicking Yes, "I agree to these terms" is a signature) to keep a competative and fun environment, with most people wanting nothing to do with what racists have to say or mean.
What you are doing here is making a completely trivial senario, like what school children love to do, to justify a moment when one should say "♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥." The only people who should say it should be whole-hearted Nazis, as (firstly, we are talking about German, not Danish, Sweedish, or Norwegian) "♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥" means "♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, we thank you and are your humble servants", and most people who play War Thunder want nothing to do with Nazis, and being a Nazi is illegal much throughout Europe, and is deeply shamed in the US and Asia. We come onto the game to shoot down planes and tanks and have fun, not deal with the complex politics of WWII to try and justify the homocide of a leader, or deal with horrific stereotypes of Germans that Americans and Russians tend to like to make. Why I compare what you said to what schoolkids like to do? For example, when people learn to wear seatbelts in a car, the class tend to erupt in stupid questions about impossible movie senarios just to find one to justify not wearing a seatbelt. You are basically trying to explain the most trivial and unlikely senario to justify saying "♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥."
You sign an agreement to keep this ♥♥♥♥ out of the game, you sign an agreement to not say anything racist. I am also pretty sure you signed an agreement to report others who break the contract.
Ignore him, he is some sort of a troll.
Says the guy who starts threads to whine about persecution of German/Germany.
Read them, neither document says users are required to report others to the company.
Two cases of over active imagination.
You live in India? We should play some time.
Yeah, a lot of the time I can't actually state that I live in India as a ton of people get butthurt.

This is a pretty old thread, but it's interesting to see people still reading it.
First..you are definitely right ! I guess every culture has it's interesting good side, and also a bad side. I am happy to say that Germany's bad side is in the past now. But some people seem to stick pretty hard to the past, that they still use arguments that are "outdated " in discussions or abuse them as an insult towards modern different people.
I also want to add, the German language has a lot of Jiddish words integrated, there is a city called " Halle an der Saale " which is in east Germany. The slang of this city involves many Jiddish words. Which I always think is pretty interesting, always when I hear people talking Hebrew, I can sometimes filter some words out and know what they mean.
Nobody would think about this today, nobody would ever imagine that Germany's culture is pretty much connected with the Jewish religion and also Jiddish language.
PS: I wrote this thread long ago, I regret writing this thread, because it just shows people who use this whole " nazi blablabla " provocation are still getting along with using their provocations. I and all other Germans should simply ignore this kind of people, they are not worth getting attention. The only thing I enjoy is, seeing people hating Germany, but on the other hand every child would see that they are extremely jealous at not being a German and not being born and raised in Germany, which is a beautiful, safe, clean and modern country, with a very long and great history ( except the part with the nazi-regime for sure ).
+1.
A comment about education in the UK.
Someone was disappointed about how Germany was portrayed by UK educational system, which surprises me as not only did I go through that UK educational system, but I am also (these days at least) a teacher. I think the perception of how it is taught is flawed (and makes me a little sad) but I also know exactly where they are coming from.
This could be for any (or all) of these three reasons;
Often 10th century Europe makes up a large portion of the history taught in UK schools. A lot of this time period is taken up with two World Wars and the rise of communism and fascism. This puts the National Socialist party front and centre. Peace time Germany is mainly focused between the wars, and are all about the reasons for the rise of Hitler to power.
There are whole sections of the effects on the average German throughout the 20th century, how individuals fought against tyranny and took on great acts of heroism in the fact of certain death. however to 14 and 15 year olds (boys at least) this isn't anywhere near as exciting as the Nazi party and war.
But here is the real reason; modern media is full of Nazis. They have been used to make great film, books and games. (Especially the games). The Nazi party will be iconic for long into the future and there is little we can do about it.
My Grandfather taught me a lot about tolerance and forgiving, he served in the Med and the Pacific on Destroyers. He was sunk twice and had some amazing stories about being picked up by a US warship afterwards. Never once did he express anything but respect for those on the other side. He was fighting the Axis powers not the people of those countries.
