What's with the sudden increase in trash anime skins on tanks and planes in live.warthunder and on Steam? Nobody wants to have it shoved in their faces 24/7...

I don't download any skins because I am happy enough with what Gaijin as provided me
The one I use now
-Step 1: Get KV-2
-Step 2: Rotate Balkenkreuz 90 degrees and put on side of KV-2 to resemble Karlsland Heer (Strike Witches reference, but not that much)
-Step 3: Enlarge Balkenkreuz so it is very noticeable
Step 4: Put a big Rising Sun in the front of the KV-2 cannon
Step 5: Go destroy tanks that can't handle the 152mm

The one I used before
Step 1: Get tank
Step 2: Get a Vietnamese flag and enlarge it
Step 3: Place enlarge Vietnamese flag on the front
Step 4: Get Japanese flag and enlarge it
Step 5: Put Japanese flag on the side

The one I used before on planes before they nerfed decal sizes
Step 1: Get Japanese plane
Step 2: Get Rising sun and enlarge it
Step 3: Place it so that is is covering the whole middle part of the plane
Step 4: Now place it so it covers all the wings
Step 5: Laugh at the enemies as they cower in fear of your propaganda plane, while on fire.

This is all historically accurate
Best used in bushes where the red and black really shines out from the green.

I have noticed a large increase in that ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ too, it's not just war thunder that being effected by ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ skins, world of warships, battlestations and many other WW2 games are being ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ on by these ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ skins. most of this ♥♥♥♥ start when that ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ kancolle or what ever it was was released...

Don't like it, ignore it. The solution to this problem is *so* excessively easy when you never see these skins in the game, unless you install them, yourself.

the thing is if you go to screenshot's there is a 99% chance of seeing a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ skin.

I don't mind the anime skins THAT don't have the girls plastered all over them. To me that has ruined many anime skins.

Young boys play free2play games often.
War Thunder is a F2P game with customizable skins.
therefore camo selection on live.warthunder is bound to have a lot of anime downloads.

^ this, I just want to browse some screenshots of a war game I enjoy sometimes when I get bored, I don't want to see a bunch of anime pics, anime is one of the few things I thoroughly dislike, plus, with people constantly walking near me and looking over my shoulder, I don't want them to think I'm into that stuff and then be associated with something I dislike. I don't want people to stop doing their thing, because the game belongs to all of us, and that's just some people's thing, but I would like there to at least be a filter of some sort, or maybe just have the anime pics die down a bit.

That was the most retarded gif i have ever seen in my life, this is the problem most people like to be historic and fly there plane or tank with a WW2 skin, and see screenshots of battles to make history alive like your are in that battle, but now we are seeing screenshots of neon pink planes or some overdone anime characters. even in game you see people going "hey senpie" and other crap in chat. anime now a days is ♥♥♥♥ i have watched some my self and most of it's the same ♥♥♥♥ or creepy crazy people killing each other with over done anime characters and there weaboo followers. people want the truth the full truth to see the hells of war, war isnt anime school girls with a .50 cal and AK's shooting at each other. when i play a game i want full realism from WW2 games and be in that battle i want to be in the hell of that war. i find trying to change the war and make it happier is a dishonor to the people who where in it.

You don't see other players custom skins in game. who are you to tell people how to enjoy their game.
