EGX Promo codes not working

Tally ho,

so i been to EGX and got my promo codes.

went to this web-site, http://warthunder.com/egx2014

put 1 in it work and then the other 2 did not??

why is this and i am putting them in right.

p.s the one i put in has not given me my 150 golds.

What you want to do is this. Go here ---> http://warthunder.com/ and log into the site with your game account. Once you do that, go to the right side where it says 'Redeem Code', and enter your code. Once you finish that, log back into the game, and all of your stuff should be there. Hope this helps! o7

The first code that worked in the www.warthunder.com/egx worked and it said it give me 150 gold but that is not showing on my account.

and i tried the other 2 on the web-site you gave me and the message i got was
Error: the code is not valid. Please activate your code at Gaijin Online.

should i message support with pictures of the codes?

Thanks for trying to help, i contacted support and hopefully it be fixed soon.
